Will the miracle garments make me sweat?
Yes, the miracle garment with the cotton lining will make you sweat. The cotton lining in the miracle garment is specially designed to absorb the sweat your body creates so you will feel comfortable wearing it all day. The rubber miracle garment worn during exercising has "weeping" holes to allow sweat to escape easily.

How do they burn fat?
