Dear prospective client,

I pride myself on many satisfied customers that I have taken into my care, most of whom I have changed their lives forever. My clients are treated with the highest standards of client welfare, excellence of procedures and the most advanced equipment available.

Permanent Cosmetics, or Permanent Makeup, is the revolutionary method of depositing hypoallergenic mineral pigments into the dermal layer of the skin. All procedures are performed using the Nouveau Contour Digital 700 or the Intelligent, both "state of the art", fully computerized, digital machines that provide less trauma and excellent results.

I am a member of the Nouveau Contour family of well-trained practioners located throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. I have been trained by board certified trainers/instructors with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, SPCP and/or The American Academy of Micropigmentation, AAM.

I look forward to the opportunity in providing you woth my expertise, to make your life easier and more beautiful.

Thank you,
Debra Rasberry

Commonly Asked Questions.

What if I want to change my makeup?
We work with your natural facial features to enhance them to their fullest. This natural look allows you to apply normal cosmetics over your "Permanent Makeup" for color variety. Therefore, without any applied makeup, you are always naturally enhanced.

Is it painful?
A topical anesthetic is applied prior and, if needed, during each procedure to numb the epidermis and help ease any discomfort. Every client is different, some will feel vibrating or scratching, and some will feel nothing at all.

How safe is it?
I must follow strict hygiene and sterilization procedures that conform to OSHA and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines.

Is this the same as a Tattoo?
Yes, both are permanent. Some clients need to be "touched up" within 2-6 years. Everyone is different. Results will depend on age, skin tone, the exfoliation process, over exposure to the sun, body chemistry and the degree of care taken to maintain the procedure.

What is the recovery period?
Some clients may experience slight swelling or bruising and is usually not noticeable. Most can return to normal daily activities right away.

Is it expensive?
It is comparable to what most women spend on hair styling, hair color, "perms" and normal maintenance. Considering that "Permanent Makeup" lasts for years before a "touch up" is needed, it is relatively inexpensive.

What colors should I choose?
There is a right color for everyone. We take into consideration your natural skin color, hair color and eye color. A soft, natural color is always preferred. I will help you choose the proper color.
